Vitamin E is a fat-soluble type of vitamin, that can act as an antioxidant for the skin. It has great healing properties. People use it for minimizing scars and wounds, as well as preventing wrinkles and fine lines on the face. In other words, it is perfect for moisturizing the skin and improving its elasticity. In addition to reducing wrinkles, It will help you in your fight against dark circles and age spots.
It’s an anti-aging, healing, magical gift from nature!
You probably hear more about Vitamin E oil though, which is derived from Vitamin E (I know, pretty shocking). It usually comes in capsules that you can just pop and use directly on the skin, or you can add it to your moisturizer or body lotion.
Vitamin E For Anti-Aging
Our skin is exposed to many bad things on the daily. Think UV rays, air pollution, bacteria… Which results in damaging the collagen ( responsible for the skin’s elasticity). Your skin basically goes through the vitamin storage to protect itself. Which again drains you from the vitamin E pretty quickly.
What you should do to give your skin the boost it needs is either implement Vitamin E products in your skincare regimen or start eating more foods that are rich in vitamin E.

An Active Moisturizer
This incredible vitamin lives in our skin’s cell membranes and it kindly protects them. It forms a barrier around our cells, keeping them hydrated and consequently securing the moisture in. Besides, it’s an excellent anti-oxidant and it helps with reducing scars as well as inflammations.
That’s why it is always great to have a Vitamin E oil ampoule on your bedside. Just so that you can casually add it to your moisturizing creams or apply it to your skin, preferably at night, so that it can better absorb it.
