National Ice Cream Month: It’s Summer Everyone

Everyone loves Summer drinks whether it’s an adult or a child. I mean who wouldn’t love a refreshing cone of pure heavenly frozen Ice cream. (I know that it’s not frozen cream but bear with me guys!).

Since it’s National Ice cream Month. I’m presenting you a list of Earth’s most delicious Ice-cream recipes.

Chocolate Ice Cream:

Since it’s national ice cream month chocolate Ice cream is everyone’s favourite. It’s rich with flavour and colour and not entirely unhealthy. And apparently very easy to make.

You need both dark and white chocolate, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, sweetened condensed milk and some really good Dutch-process cocoa powder.

To make it you only need an Ice cream maker.

You start with melting the chocolate and putting each type in a different bowl. Then you put the dairy, cocoa, sugar, and the sweetened milk in a large saucepan and heat them up. After two minutes you remove the mixture and make sure if everything is well blended together. When you’re done with both you mix them carefully and make sure to whisk while adding. After letting it chill for 20 minutes you can go and add it to the bowl of the ice cream maker.

Wait until the mixture thickens much like a very thick milkshake. Finally, after putting the mixture in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours. You can enjoy your homemade ice cream.

Vanilla Ice Cream:

Vanilla is known to be chocolate’s rival. It’s either you’re a vanilla type of person or a choco person. But there is nothing wrong with loving both of them. This next recipe will make you fall head over heels with Vanilla and you’ll be able to enjoy the two and get the best of both worlds.

For this recipe, you’ll need cream, sugar, salt, the seed of the vanilla bean, vanilla pod, and milk.

You put everything apart from the cream in a saucepan then you heat it while whisking the cream until it becomes cloudy and soft then you mix everything all together. Then you can let it freeze in the refrigerator or use the ice cream maker if you’re in a hurry. Last you may even use sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration.

Easiest Ice Cream Ever:

This recipe is known as the ” quick we have guests and we forgot dessert” ice cream. To make it you only need a couple of fully frozen bananas and a bunch of frozen strawberries or blueberries or any type of berries basically. You take your ingredients, you chop them off and put everything in a blender. Let it blend for about 15 minutes. If you want you can even add a few ice cubes if you see it’s necessary.

Finally, Scoop the mixture into a bowl and VOILA!!! You have a delicious and healthy ice cream in no time.

Popsicle:

This is one of my personal favourites. It contains my absolute most-liked ingredients. Lemon juice and fruits. Yes, it’s as simple as that. Whether its lime or lemon the fluids. Start off by putting in the mould the different fruits that you want to use (strawberries, peaches, watermelons, berries, bananas). Then after that, you fill the mould with the juice. You can even add a few winces of Vodka or Wine. I mean they aren’t as good as a boozy summer drink but they are very fun to have.
